I HATE Connect Your Care! I have NEVER had to submit so much paperwork. Faxing receipts to prove I spent the card on medical expenses has become a part time job. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!!!!

I think you are confusing ConnectYourCare with the actual rules of the account you may have. They are only the administrator and are much better than the past administrator my company used. Their technology makes it easy and transparent to submit recepts. In the prior company that we used as our administrator, the process was completely manual, I couldn’t go online and see my account. I am a Benefits Manager so I understand the intricacies of the accounts and unfortunately technology in doctors offices around your debit card has not caught up with the rest of the industry.
